Allison comes from a family lineage of highly established Finance & Business Entrepreneurs in Canada, also highly established personnel involved in the Catholic Church in Ireland and later in Canada. The “Single Family Office” established in 1933 by her great-great-grandfather is still operational today.

The Foy’s,
(formerly Fee) who were herenachs and often vicars since the
1400s for the Catholic Church in Ireland, having maintained a house of general
hospitality for upwards of half a century.
The medieval Irish
office of erenagh was responsible for receiving parish revenue from tithes and
rents, building and maintaining church property, and overseeing the lands that
generated parish income. The Erenagh had the tonsure but took no other holy
orders; he had a voice in the Chapter when they consulted about revenues, paid
a yearly rent to the Bishop, and a fine on the marriage of each daughter. The
role is usually passed down from generation to generation in certain families
in each parish.
The Fees are allegedly
descended from Niall of the Nine Hostages and his son Eoghan. Eoghan's

In the 1830s,
Allison’s Family (Foy) helped to establish and manage a large portion of the
North American financial system and many other staples of Canada’s history,
including grocers, railways, energy companies, insurance companies, brokerages,
and commodities businesses.
Her family was
directly in business with the founder of the Dominion Bank (James Austin & Patrick Foy) when the company was
founded, which is now known as TD Canada Trust. The investment to finance and start the bank was made Mr Alex Smith, whose daughter married into the Foy Family. The family was involved with
the founding and establishment of Merrill Lynch, The Bank of America, The
Dominion Bank, and also maintained close ties to Brookfield Corporation.
The current Canadian headquarters address of TD Canada Trust, as well as the head office of Brookfield Asset Management Corporation, is 161 and 181 Bay Street E, cornering 32 Front Street West., Toronto. Formally, the location at 32, 34, 36, 38 Front Street, Toronto had belonged to Allison’s Great-Great-Grandfather, George J Foy, and was named “The Foy Building” previously to the transfer of the property to Brookfield Asset Management, which is involved with Canada's Central Banking System.

· For over a decade, I founded and operated a 10,000 sq. ft. cultural and community arts center in downtown Montreal. The space served as a creative hub for artists, sustainability, spirituality, events, and an educational workshop space. Due to the uniqueness of the venue, it attracted global clients as a thriving destination location.
· For nearly 10 years, 7 days a week, almost 24/7, the center welcomed 50–100 people per hour, becoming a home to more than 20,000 clients. I've facilitated almost 5000 events- and counting. I've also been attending and organizing underground music festivals since the 1990s
· The center became a cornerstone for underground music festival organizers to organize their events across Eastern Canada as well. The events hosted gatherings of 2,000–4,000 attendees per event. It also served as a destination for international healing practitioners and a central hub for organizers, offering an atmosphere unlike any other in the city. Its uniqueness and accessibility made it an iconic space for arts, culture, sustainability, and positive expression. Comparable to the CBGB in New York, this space birthed a culture, a music scene, a diverse space and a total disruption in music culture.
